Yes, our community is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and schools in the surrounding area. Located in Chapel Hill, NC, the community is just footsteps from fine dining and shopping venues on Market Street. Weaver Street Market grocery store is within walking distance, along with a variety of restaurants, a multiplex theater, and the highly rated Scroggs Elementary School. The community is minutes from UNC Chapel Hill, RTP, and I-40.
